Owner-led, start to finish.

Eden Fine Homes is a design-build company run by the person whose name is on the work. No layers, no account managers, no telephone game.

Emilio Dumesedundo

Owner, Eden Fine Homes

Emilio is the first person you talk to and the last person to leave the finished site. He runs Eden as a design-build company: the drawings, the budget and the construction live under one roof, so the person who priced your project is the person building it.

The work runs across two regions: custom homes, additions and renovations in Toronto and the GTA, and cottages, boathouses, docks and shoreline structures in Muskoka. Framing is done by Eden's own crews rather than subcontracted out, which is unusual, and it is why the structure of an Eden build matches its drawings.

You can see the standard in the portfolio: three finished two-storey boathouses, a charcoal custom home finished to the landscaping, a dock rebuilt square before a single deck board went down. Every photo on this site is a real Eden project, photographed as it stands. No renders, no stock photography, no borrowed houses.

Straight answers

If the budget and the brief do not belong together, you hear it in the first meeting. If a site kills an idea, you hear that too, with what would work instead.

Our own structure

The frame is the building. Eden crews do the structural work on Eden projects, and take on framing as its own trade for other builds.

Two regions, natively

City lots and shorelines punish different mistakes. We build in both worlds, and design for the one your project actually sits in.

A first conversation costs nothing and settles a lot: whether the site can do it, whether the budget and the brief belong together, and what happens next.
