In the GTA that means working within tight lots, zoning envelopes, and established streetscapes. In cottage country it means granite, trees worth keeping, septic and well planning, and shoreline rules that decide what can sit where. The two kinds of site punish different mistakes, and the plan has to respect which one it is on.

Do you design as well as build?
Yes. Eden is a design-build company: the drawings and the construction live under one roof and one contract, so the design is priced as it is drawn and the budget and the plan agree before work starts.
Do you build cottages and lake houses as well as city homes?
Both. Custom cottages and lake houses in Muskoka are core work alongside custom homes in Toronto and the GTA. The two kinds of site punish different mistakes, and the plan is built for the one it is on.
Who frames the house?
Our own crews. Eden frames rather than subcontracting the structure out, which is how the shell goes up tight and true and how the schedule stays ours.
