A custom build is a long series of decisions, and most of its cost is decided before anyone pours concrete. As a design-build company, Eden shapes the drawings and the budget together, so what gets designed is what gets priced, and what gets priced is what gets built.
In the GTA that means working within tight lots, zoning envelopes, and established streetscapes. In cottage country it means granite, trees worth keeping, septic and well planning, and shoreline rules that decide what can sit where. The two kinds of site punish different mistakes, and the plan has to respect which one it is on.
The houses in our portfolio are built dark and calm: charcoal siding, stone, generous windows, rooflines that hold their own against the landscape. What gets built for you starts from your site and your brief, not a catalogue plan.
